24/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The international consultancy firm Hill & Knowlton has boosted its team in Europe by appointing Sir Stephen Wall, former permanent representative to the EU in Brussels and former principal adviser to Tony Blair, as its president in charge of public affairs.
