Brussels, 23/06/2005 (Agence Europe) -the joint "Telecommunications/Transport/Energy" Council will begin on 27 June with the telecommunications items, under the chairmanship of Jean-Louis Schiltz, the Luxembourg Minister Delegate for Communications, and will be attended by Commissioner Viviane Reding, who is in charge of the Information Society and Media.
