Brussels, 23/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - To prepare Romania for participation in the European Social Inclusion Strategy, Vladimír Špidla, European Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, and the Romanian Minister for Labour, Social Solidarity and the Family, Mr Gheorghe Barbu signed on 20 June, the Joint Memorandum on Social Inclusion.
