01/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 31 May the European Commission adopted a regulation for working out sugar, isoglucose and fructose surplus quantities in new EU Member States. These stocks have to be used before 30 November (EUROPE 8957, p 11 and 8932). This regulation is published in Official Journal L138 on 1 June 2005.
