01/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has granted clearance n to the acquisition of sole control of Polyconcept Holding B.V. ('Polyconcept', the Netherlands) by Metropolitan Management B.V. ('Metropolitan', the Netherlands), belonging to the Investcorp group Bahrain.. The case was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
