Luxembourg, 26/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Registrar of the EU Court of First Instance, Hans Jung, has resigned. Hans Jung, whose third mandate was not to end until 2007, has been at the European Court of Justice since 1976. He had assumed his duties at the Court of First Instance when it was created in 1989.
