Brussels, 18/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - the European Commission has set up a new (the third) “Group of Political Analysis” - with leading with leading political scientists and researchers - which met for the first time on 15 April. The group was set up on 4 February 2004. It is directly accountable to the president and its role is to formulate recommendations on policies of the European Union.
