Brussels, 18/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday in Brussels the six member jury making up the selection panel for the European Capitals of Culture 2009 studied the candidacies of Linz and Vilnius. The two proposals had been submitted to the European institutions in December 2004.
