18/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 12 April the Ecofin Council adopted, without debate, a common position on the decision of the EU-EFTA Mixed Community amending the Convention of 20 May 1987 on a common transit system. The draft decision includes greater flexibility during declarations of transit for container transport in road haulage operations.
