18/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - Ulrike Brendel of Greenpeace has announced in a press release the arrival of a ship in Amsterdam on 17 April transporting genetically modified maize, “less than 48 hours after the European Union banned any imports from America that are not certified free of Bt10 (EUROPE 8929). The ship, Victory C from New Orleans, must be forced to return with its cargo intact, Greenpeace demands.
