18/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's Intergroup for social economy and subsidiarity was created in Strasbourg, with Mario Mauro (Forza Italia) as its president and the former European Research Commissioner, Philippe Busquin ( Belgian Socialist) as its vice-president.
