18/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - A regional seminar on public procurement in Israel, Palestine and Turkey will take place in Brussels on 11-13 April, organised by the European Commission. The aim is to improve the authorities' knowledge in the three countries of managing procedures for public procurement appeals for tender and to enable them to exchange experiences.
