Strasbourg, 13/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Council, Jean-Claude Juncker, was concise yet combative in Strasbourg on Wednesday, when presenting the results of the Spring Summit of 22 and 23 March to a half-empty hemicycle. Given this “shattering turnout, the debate may not be fuelled, so I shall not fuel it”, said the Luxembourg Prime Minister.
