EU and UN to analyse their cooperation and coordination in crisis management operations

Brussels, 13/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 14 and 15 April, the European Union and the United Nations are to carry out a joint assessment of the details of their cooperation and coordination in crisis management operations. This will be a virtual exercise, without the deployment of troops on the ground, with the aim of analysing various elements needed in launching and running an EU reinforcement operation to the United Nations, such as the Artemis mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo...
