Brussels, 13/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The DG Enterprise at the Commission has published a new guide explaining the new definition of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), which took effect on 1 January 2005 and is established on the basis of a Commission recommendation of 6 May 2003.
