Strasbourg, 23/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - 2005, the tenth anniversary of the Euro-Mediterranean Barcelona Process (which will be celebrated in Barcelona next November) has been proclaimed the “Year of the Mediterranean”, the President of the Council of the EU Nicolas Schmit announced to Wednesday's plenary, opening the debate on Euro-Mediterranean relations.
