23/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - Around 900 participants from a variety of European associations (academic, cultural and political circles) will take part in a conference on “Dialogue between Peoples and Cultures: The Artists and Cultural Artists”, organised by Jean Monnet Action at the Brussels Palais des Beaux-Arts on 25-26 February.
