23/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - A UEF-Europe Group press statement indicated that during the discussion last week between officials and former officials of the European institutions, participants had been keen to underline the urgency of launching an information exercise on the European Constitution at the institutions and regretted the “infinite discretion of the European Commission” in this regard.
