Divergent opinions at Ecofin Council on Kerosene tax

Brussels, 21/02/2005 (Agence Europe) -The Ecofin Council on 17 February, which discussed the possible introduction of a tax on Kerosene, partly for funding development aid (EUROPE 18 February 2005), was unable to reach a unanimous decision on the issue.
