Brussels, 21/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The foreign ministers of the EU, meeting in Brussels on Monday under the presidency of Jean Asselborn, have finalised the position the EU is to defend in Brussels on Wednesday at the last negotiation session with its ACP (Africa, Caribbean and Pacific) partners for the five-year revision of the Cotonou agreement (see EUROPE of 19 February, p.5).
