Commissioner Verheugen to make proposals to improve European legislative process

Brussels, 21/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - In Deutschlandfunk's “Interview of the Week” with Theo Gers on 20 February, the European Commissioner for Industry, Günter Verheugen, President Barroso's right hand in the Lisbon process, stressed the importance of reducing the bureaucratic burden on business, especially on SMEs.
