Brussels, 21/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) has called on the European Parliament to make changes to the report by Sophia in't Veld (D66, Netherlands) on public service compensation, which was debated in Strasbourg on Monday (EUROPE of 9 February, p.13).
