Pro-Basque organisations Pro-Amnistia and Segi lodge appeal and claim compensation for being included on a list of European terrorists

Luxembourg, 10/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Basque organisations Gestoras Pro-Amnistia, founded in Hernani (Spain) and Segi, based in Bayonne (France) and Donostia (Spain) are asking the European Court of Justice to revoke the two EU Court of First Instance orders of 7 June which refuses them the right to demand compensation for the damage suffered when their names were placed on the European list of terrorists.
