Brussels, 13/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - At their meeting in Brussels on Thursday and Friday, the Heads of State and Government of the Member States of the EU are set to confirm their willingness to reach political agreement on the forthcoming financial perspectives (2007-2013- "by June 2005", under the Luxembourg Presidency.
