13/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - A mistake occurred in the article on criminal sanctions for maritime pollution (p 9 of our bulletin on 11 December). In this article we referred to parliamentary reservations and the reservations expressed by Austria to the text. The Austrian Permanent Representation has indicated that their country's reservations were lifted on 19 November.
