Brussels, 13/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - During the ministerial meeting of the Organisation for Cooperation and Security in Europe (OSCE), held in Sofia on 6 and 7 December, French Foreign Minister Michel Barnier stressed that "in the eyes of France, the OSCE is still fully relevant with its contribution, today and tomorrow, in Europe's stability and security".
