Brussels, 13/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - Foreign affairs ministeres meeting on Monday in Brussels for preparing the conclusions of the European Council on Thursday and Friday gave their support to the signing of the accession treaty with Bulgaria and Romania towards the end of April beginning of May 2005.
