Council mandates Commission to negotiate aviation agreements with Morocco and Balkans

Brussels, 13/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Council has adopted two decisions giving the European Commission a mandate to open negotiations with the aim of concluding aviation agreements with Morocco and the Balkan States (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia-Montenegro, Kosovo). Once it is concluded, the agreement with Morocco will contain two planks: unlimited for freight transport, and limited for passenger transport. In the latter cases, there will be no cabotage...
