09/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - An ad hoc delegation of the European Parliament, led by British Conservative member Edward McMillan-Scott and by Pasqualina Napoletano (Uniti nell'Ulivo) will follow the election of the new President of the Palestinian Authority, planned for 9 January 2005. The MEPs will be on the ground from 6 to 10 January, and will observe the ballot in Gaza, East Jerusalem, Ramallah, Hebron and Naplouse/Jenin.
