09/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The leader of the EPP-ED Group at the European Parliament, Hans-Gert Pöttering, announced on Thursday that his group was to send a "permanent delegation" to Ukraine to observe events there during the coming weeks, especially the unfolding of the electoral campaign and the voting on 26 December.
