Brussels, 08/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The annual meeting of Foreign Ministers of the 55 member countries of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), held in Sofia on 7 December, was unable to approve a final declaration when it came to Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. In Sofia, Russia stuck to its positions, and it alone was able to block consensus on Ukraine, which was shared by the delegation from Kiev.
