Commission proposes negotiations with Morocco

Brussels, 08/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday the European Commission adopted by written procedure, a proposal calling on the Council to provide it with a mandate for negotiations with Morocco for participation in the European radio-navigation satellite system, Galileo. The agreement that the Community is seeking to conclude with Morocco is the same as that concluded with China and Israel.
