08/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - Following a technical error, we would like to point out that in our article on the speech by President Borrell on Turkey (EUROPE yesterday, p 5, line 3), that EP President, Josep Borrell was speaking at the closure (after his visit to Turkey), at the conference in Brussels organised on the initiative of Radical members of the ALDE group of the EP, Emma Bonino and Marco Pannella. EUROPE will be returning to this story.
