01/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - A mistake unfortunately occurred on page 5 of the BULLETIN QUOTIDIEN EUROPE. In the third paragraph, it should read: "Turkey's recognition of the Republic of Cyprus (the country only recognises the self-proclaimed Turkish Republic of the northern part of the island) is the first in a long list of conditions posed by Cyprus".
