Everything ready for transfer of authority from NATO to EU in Bosnia-Herzegovina

Brussels, 01/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The two Secretary Generals, Javier Solana representing the Council of the European Union and Jaap de Hoop Scheffer for NATO will be at Camp Butmir in Sarajavo on 2 December to attend a military ceremony marking the transfer of authority between NATO's SFOR and EUFOR, which from that date will make up the EU's new stabilisation force in Bosnia-Herzegovina as part of the ALTHEA operation.
