Brussels, 01/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - At the opening of the plenary session debate the European Parliament devoted to the situation in Ukraine on Wednesday afternoon (and to which we will come back), the Dutch Presidency of the EU and the European Commission said that holding new presidential elections in Ukraine was the best possible option to find a peaceful and democratic outcome to the crisis in Ukraine.
