Paris, 01/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday in Paris at the parliamentary assembly of the EU and WEU, Luxembourg defence minister Luc Frieden promised that the Luxembourg presidency of the Council of the EU and WEU would closely co-ordinate the Union's external security policy, as well as internal security matters. He said that the Luxembourg presidency would reinforce operational aspects of the CFSP in military and civilian areas to equal measure and attempt to make good capability...
