24/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Turkish company Sabanci has been authorised by the Commission to take sole control of DuPont Sabanci Polyester Europe BV (DuPontSa). Sabanci is a holding with stakes in many subsidiaries, and activities in many different fields from chemical products to banking, textiles, energy and tourism.
