24/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday the External Relations Council adopted a common action on Monday extending till 31 December 2005 the mandate for the EU's monitoring mission in the Balkans (EUMM). In parallel, the Council adopted a decision extending the mandate of Maryse Daviet at the head of EUMM.
