24/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Monday's External Relations Council adopted three decisions evaluating the EU's financial contributions in 2005 to the fight against proliferation of small arms and small calibre in Albania (EUR 1.3 million), South East Europe (EUR 330000) and Cambodia (EUR 1.4 million).
