Brussels, 23/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Foreign affairs ministers from the "5+5" dialogue between countries from the western Mediterranean basin (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Malta, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya and Mauritania) met up on Wednesday in Oran in Algeria.
