Brussels, 23/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Graham Watson, President of the ALDE Group at the European Parliament, has issued a statement saying that the affair concerning European Commissioner for Transport Jacques Barrot is serious and must be discussed by Parliament, Commission and Council.
