23/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised acquisition of the Swedish company, Skanska FM, by British 3i, an innovation financing company. Skanska FM provides management services for public and private sectors in five countries: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Belgium. The operation was examined according to simplified procedure.
