Brussels, 04/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Law Academy (ELA) is organising on 4-5 November in Treves, Germany, its 8th Annual Forum on EU State Aid. A press statement explained that around 150 legal experts from all over Europe would examine whether the European Commission guidelines for rescuing companies in difficulty or for restructuring, which entered into force in October, would "succeed in preserving competition and defend the interests of European citizens".
