04/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission adopted on 29 October a regulation updating the definition of "most deprived persons", who have the right to receive, via Member State designated charity organisations, the supply of food from intervention stocks. This regulation is published in Official Journal L 328 on 30 October 2004.
