Presentation of annual report on 25 November

Brussels, 04/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction, which has its official seat in Lisbon, will be presenting its Annual Report on the state of the drugs phenomenon in the European Union and Norway on 25 November, in Brussels.
