Balkenende to tell MEPs on Friday what results from summit - Conference of presidents may hold hearing for Barroso as his Commission takes shape

Brussels, 04/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday evening, the European Parliament announced that it would be holding an extraordinary meeting of the Conference of President of the political groups on Friday 5 November at 17H. this will provide the president of the European Council, Jan Peter Balkenende, to inform party bosses what the results of Thursday and Friday's European Council results were.
