04/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Werner Weidenfeld, from Bertelsmann Stiftung, states in a commentary on the US elections that Europeans, "despite the disappointment" felt by many of them, should develop a common agenda for foreign policy for the immediate future with the Americans "in a constructive and rational way". He suggests that the new US Secretary of State and Javier Solana are to organise a Forum on strategy as soon as possible.
