Council adopts raft of assistance measures to Iraq, to be officially approved by Friday's European Council

Brussels, 02/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the EU Foreign Ministers adopted measures in favour of Iraq, to be approved by Friday's Summit, in the presence of Iraqi Prime Minister Allawi. "The Council decided that the EU will further strengthen relations with Iraq.
