Number of anti-dumping measures imposed by WTO member countries is falling - EU still at top of list

Brussels, 02/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The number of definitive anti-dumping measures imposed by the member countries of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) decreased greatly in the first six months of 2004 compared to the same period in 2003. According to statistics published by the WTO on Monday, in the first half of this year, a total of 52 new definitive anti-dumping measures were imposed by 18 WTO member countries against 24 countries- which is considerably fewer than the 114 measures...
